If you have a positive attitude and are comfortable guiding groups in outdoor settings, we welcome you to join our facilitator network.
What We Look For
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Good with people and communication
- Experience in facilitation, camps, or adventure activities (optional)
- Reliable and safety-conscious
- Enjoy working with groups of all ages
What You’ll Do
- Support programme activities
- Guide participants during outdoor segments
- Assist with logistics and safety
- Contribute to creating an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience
